The company can only take on orders assigned by individual shareholders and third parties if they are cost-neutral or profitable. The company can also take on tasks assigned to a neighborhood organization under the Niederwangen, Ried (East) development plan of June 17, 2012, in whole or in part, provided that the costs are covered. It collects the necessary financial resources from the owners of the residential buildings based on the budgets prepared. The company can acquire, hold, and sell properties. The company can enter into all business transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
