It supports apprentices and employees with difficulties in the workplace and thereby supports the retention of jobs. The association mainly offers case management, coaching, and job placement according to the Supported Employment model. The association offers services that promote the social and personal development of its clients. The association may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign enterprises, acquire similar or related enterprises, or merge with them. It may also acquire, manage, and dispose of real estate, grant loans, and enter into any transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
