The purpose of the company is: the acquisition, holding, management, sale and exchange of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, as well as any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with the aforementioned purpose, and the provision of advice and services, particularly in the field of purchase, development, exploitation and sale of real estate. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant guarantees, make loans or advances, particularly to associated companies and enterprises, shareholders or third parties.
