The company's purpose is: - the operation of a car garage and motor vehicles as well as the operation of a private car club; - the acquisition and sale of all motor vehicles, car accessories, car wash stations and car-related products as well as their import and export; - the organization of events in Switzerland and abroad; - the purchase, sale, rental, operation, and management of all types of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any transactions subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
