The production and marketing of technological equipment and machinery for private and public use in the household appliances, energy, ecology and food sectors, as well as the related technical equipment and accessories in general and/or any component thereof, as well as any material and type. The design, marketing and management, both directly and through concessions to third parties, of trademarks, patents, utility models, know-how, commercial and marketing images in all fields, with consequent commercial exploitation of the same. With regard to the products and rights indicated in the preceding purpose, the company may perform any processing or operation, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, engage in wholesale and retail trade, in any form including the sale and supply of final products for consumption associated with them and the marketing of coordinated articles with the indicated products, carry out studies and projects, prepare samples and conduct market research, consulting and training activities. The company may also acquire participations in Switzerland and abroad of other companies with a similar purpose. In particular, the company may carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable and immovable operations related to the company's purpose, including, by way of example, the conclusion of mortgages, in particular with authorized banking institutions, the granting to third parties or obtaining of guarantees, sureties, mortgages and other guarantees.
