The company's purpose is: the acquisition, administration and management of participations in all industrial, commercial, financial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad; the realization of all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or by acting as an intermediary; the study, design, planning and execution, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, of projects in the real estate sector; any activity in the field of construction, in particular the study, planning, marketing, realization and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all work, including as a general contractor or total contractor; the representation and trade of all goods and products as well as the acquisition and exploitation of licenses and patents related, in particular, to the field of construction. The aforementioned activities exclude operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As an ancillary activity, the company's purpose is to carry out all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - that are likely to promote or facilitate, directly or indirectly, the development of the company and the achievement of its social purpose, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and create branches or subsidiaries. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties.
