The purpose of the company is the activity in the field of confectionery and related services, in particular: production and sale of confectionery and bakery products; operation of a confectionery/café; provision of catering and catering services; trade in accessories and beverages (including coffee, tea, cocoa and, if necessary, alcoholic beverages) within the framework of this purpose; wholesale and retail trade, including e-commerce and other modern distribution channels. The company may carry out all legal transactions that serve directly or indirectly to achieve its purpose; establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; acquire, encumber, dispose of and manage immovable property and intellectual property rights; participate in other companies; as well as grant financing and securities in favor of companies in which it participates and in favor of other persons, provided that such actions correspond to the purpose of the company. Activities that require special permits/licenses/patents under the law of the Swiss Confederation or the Canton of Zurich are carried out by the company only after proper obtaining from the competent authorities.
