The company's purpose is to manage all real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties on behalf of third parties or its own account, as well as all operations related to this field of activity, in particular the promotion and construction of buildings, as well as all advice on real estate matters, management, brokerage in the field of real estate, and the acquisition, holding, management, administration, and sale of participations in all companies pursuing a commercial or financial activity in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; assume participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad; carry out all mobile, real estate, financial, and commercial transactions and perform all functions that would be of a nature to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect relationship with this purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
