The company's purpose is the management, holding, operation, purchase, sale, construction of real estate as well as real estate transactions and promotions, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect associates and to all other companies in the group and may provide guarantees of any kind for the obligations of these companies and associates, including by way of mortgages, assignments or transfers of assets for security or other guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not. The company also has the purpose of buying, selling, maintaining and repairing all motor vehicles and accessories as well as all cleaning and concierge services. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, acquire or sell real estate, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
