The foundation aims to raise the necessary funds for the future fulfillment of the employer contribution obligations of the companies belonging to the SFS Group towards the corresponding employee benefit foundations of these companies. For each company, an employer contribution reserve is established within the patronal foundation. All contributions flow into the corresponding employer contribution reserve; Acquisition and management of employee shares of companies belonging to the SFS Group, as well as the transfer of such shares to employees or the repurchase of shares when employees leave the company. Furthermore, the foundation aims to provide voluntary support to employees who are or have been employed by a company belonging to the SFS Group and have fallen into an unforseen difficult situation.
