The foundation aims to provide benefits to employees of ISO-CENTER AG and affiliated companies that are financially or economically closely linked to ISO-CENTER AG in the event of old age, disability, illness or accident. The foundation may also provide benefits to survivors, relatives or persons for whom the employee was last responsible, if a special need arises for these persons due to an accident, illness, death or other circumstances that have occurred to the employee. Furthermore, the foundation aims to finance contributions from ISO-CENTER AG and other affiliated companies to tax-exempt institutions of occupational pension provision to which ISO-CENTER AG or the affiliated company has joined or established for the implementation of occupational pension provision. The affiliation of a related company is made by a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority.
