The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees of the founding company Reka and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by: a. providing voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability and death; b. providing voluntary purchase benefits for the regulatory pension of employees; c. improving the benefits from social plans; d. supporting employees and their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The foundation may also provide benefits to other tax-exempt personal pension plans for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
