To build a nursing home possibly combined with a care home in Bubendorf, where well-respected local citizens as well as residents of both sexes who have lived in Bubendorf for a longer period but are no longer able to manage their own household, can find a friendly home for their retirement in exchange for a pension price corresponding to their financial situation. If, due to lack of need or insufficient financial means, a nursing and care home is not established in Bubendorf, the interest income from the foundation shall be used to financially support Bubendorf citizens and residents who are accommodated outside of Bubendorf.
