The purpose of the company is to advise customers and partners (such as companies, projects, institutions or natural persons), to broker and execute transactions for them (e.g. as authorized representative or mandatary) and to participate in them if necessary. It can also promote and realize community and environmentally oriented initiatives through donations or in other forms, establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. Furthermore, it can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, also arrange financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, and provide securities for liabilities of affiliated companies.
