The Company's purpose is to research, develop, manufacture, industrialize, store, transfer, import, export, transit, use, operate, promote and market products, components, sub-systems, designs, software and technologies in the space and related fields, as well as to provide any service in these fields with the aim of increasing the capabilities of space mobility and the use of its resources. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity that favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
