The production and/or co-production, rental, import, export, distribution and trade of film and audiovisual productions of any length, television films, television miniseries, television series (e.g. sitcoms, soap operas), so-called television variety shows or current affairs programs, web series, documentaries and other audiovisual products of any kind, and more generally, any activity related to the film, television and audiovisual industry and trade in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also carry out any other activity that is deemed necessary or useful for achieving its social purpose, acquire and sell real estate, and directly or indirectly acquire stakes in other companies with a similar or related purpose to its own.
