The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: the acquisition, subscription, management, administration and disposal of participations in all industrial, commercial and civil companies; the provision of services to subsidiaries, in particular in administrative, financial, legal, accounting, IT, studies, audits and general consulting matters; the acquisition, exploitation or disposal of all processes and patents related to the company's and its subsidiaries' activities; the creation, acquisition and exploitation, by all means and in all forms, directly or indirectly, of all activities operated by the group and all similar, related or complementary activities, and in particular the creation, acquisition, sale, exploitation of all business assets of hairdressing salons, beauty institutes and all activities that may be related thereto; all service activities (including consulting, market studies, communication and training) in the field of hairdressing salon implantation and hairdressing and the aforementioned activities; the leasing of all real and personal property necessary or useful to the company, its subsidiaries, the companies in which it holds participations and, in general, the companies belonging to the same group as the company; and, in general, all activities that may be related to the aforementioned fields; it may carry out all operations that are compatible with this purpose, relate to it and contribute to its realization; all activities contrary to the LFAIE are prohibited (for complete purpose see articles of association).
