The company's purpose is to carry out all work and mandates related to the activity of a trust company, as well as all advisory, study, expert, research, and service activities in administrative, financial, real estate, commercial, or other matters. It may engage in any commercial, financial, industrial, movable, or immovable activity directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may, in particular:
a) carry out all commercial, financial, movable, or immovable transactions, the latter provided that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE);
b) take participations in any companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose;
c) create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad. In general, the company may carry out all operations conducive to the development of its corporate purpose, in Switzerland and abroad.
