The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, and manage shareholdings in all forms in all commercial, industrial, financial, and real estate enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of any transactions subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation; as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object - whether it concerns tangible property (movable or immovable, excluding transactions prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution - whether it be by the company, by branches of the company, by shareholdings in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also enter into loan agreements with its partners, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in the interest of the company.
