directly or indirectly, to acquire, hold and dispose of, in any form and by any means, directly or indirectly, participations, rights, interests and commitments in Luxembourg or foreign companies, the acquisition, holding and/or exploitation, directly or indirectly, of tangible collectible assets, the acquisition by purchase, subscription or any other means, as well as the disposal by sale, exchange or any other means of securities, bonds, claims, bills and other financial instruments of all kinds (including bonds or shares issued by Luxembourg or foreign mutual funds, or any similar entity), loans or any other credit facility, as well as contracts relating to the aforementioned securities or related thereto, and the possession, administration, development and management of a portfolio of assets (comprising, inter alia, assets as defined in the preceding paragraphs), excluding real estate participations and acquisitions in Switzerland within the meaning of Article 4 of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
