The purpose of the company is to acquire and manage participations, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, as a representative or in a fiduciary capacity, for commercial, industrial, financial and real estate companies based in Switzerland or abroad, with the aim of acquiring shares and bonds, participations and creditor shares. The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, acquire or sell real estate, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
