Penrhyn is an international association of independent executive search firms, specializing in advising senior executives. The goal of Penrhyn is to promote and facilitate cooperative and professional relationships between members, provide knowledge and important information on best practices in executive search, help members provide excellent service to their clients, facilitate and promote international cooperation among members, ensure internal and external communication, represent the common interests of members and take measures to promote their interests. Penrhyn's activities are not aimed at generating profits, but may include providing services to member companies in line with the above objectives for a fee.
