The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of Tela GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the company) and economically or financially closely related companies, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The rights and claims of the previous beneficiaries must not be impaired thereby. The foundation can provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits, including support services in cases of need, such as old age, death, illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
