The foundation aims to promote and support contemporary and historical glass art and culture, particularly of Venetian origin, by providing means for the establishment of its own glass art collection, financing its own and external exhibitions, co-financing the construction needs of a glass art museum, whether its own or not, researching and documenting the history of glass art and its further development, as well as other activities to make glass art accessible to a wider audience and to convey knowledge through guided tours, courses, and seminars. The foundation can acquire, collect, exhibit, lend, sell, mediate, or gratuitously transfer artworks to third parties. The foundation can acquire, rent, lease, manage, and sell real estate. It can take out and grant loans, and directly or indirectly participate in, cooperate with, or support other organizations, institutions, or enterprises with similar or related purposes.
