Develop and implement innovation concepts/projects, particularly in the field of energy transition and the environment, including entering into cooperation agreements with suitable partners and/or conducting/completing the research and development inherent to such innovations; Manage and valorize intellectual property rights and/or patents and/or commercial rights and/or trademark rights to such innovations, either on a mandate or acquired from third parties or developed in-house or in partnership with third parties, including through the commercialization of products resulting from these innovations; Provide services and consulting to third-party project holders in all areas necessary for the implementation of their projects; Perform all related activities, including investing in and/or marketing comparable, complementary or similar value chain products; Invest in joint ventures or create and manage ad-hoc companies for the implementation of selected innovations and for marketing all products resulting from these innovations. Carry out all real estate transactions facilitating the execution of innovation projects under implementation and/or the management of operations, specifying that if real estate assets are held directly or indirectly and are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use.
