The purpose of the association is to develop and expand the Permission Platform in a decentralized and independent manner. The Permission Platform includes protocols, technologies, and applications that enable individuals to own, control, and monetize their data. The association will play a crucial role in the development, promotion, maintenance, and encouragement of the use of such protocols and related technologies on a global scale. Another focus will be on promoting communication and cooperation among the association's members and enabling the coordination of financial and non-financial contributions to the Permission Platform. To achieve this purpose, the association may: cooperate with or join other organizations and participate in community-led activities that promote the same or similar interests; issue, receive, and hold digital assets; support and finance suitable research and development activities and projects; hold participations in other companies and acquire, exploit, manage, and dispose of intellectual property rights; and in general, take all actions necessary or desirable to achieve the purpose and goals described herein. The association does not pursue profit or self-help purposes and is not oriented towards generating profits.
