The company's purpose includes all activities in the real estate sector, namely the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, leasing, administration, and management of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983, on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), as well as the purchase, sale, and holding of valuable movable assets (notably cars and other collectible vehicles, watches, jewelry, works of art). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations likely to promote the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies, grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or to companies of the same group, and conclude all contracts aimed at developing or achieving its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
