The company's main purpose is to subscribe to, acquire, sell and manage all participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, as a holding company, in industrial, financial, commercial and real estate companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners. The company also aims to handle all fiduciary matters in general, as well as real estate management, the purchase or sale of properties, the promotion and management of properties within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners, and all activities related to the company's purpose. As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, and in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
