The purpose of the foundation is to provide support, contributions and interest-free or interest-bearing loans to pensioners and/or capital recipients of the founder and/or affiliated companies and their survivors; to provide such benefits to active insured persons of the founder and/or affiliated companies to enable early retirement or to mitigate the effects of income losses due to age- or health-related downgradings; to provide support and benefits to insured persons (active insured persons, pensioners and/or capital recipients) of the founder and/or affiliated companies in cases of unemployment and hardship or in the event of the death of the insured person, their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom the insured person is responsible; to provide benefits to the personnel pension fund of Reha Rheinfelden for the general improvement of occupational pension provision.
