Provision of benefits for the employees of Edmund Jourdan AG and other companies economically or financially closely related to it, as well as for their dependents and beneficiaries in special cases of need, such as retirement, illness, disability, accident, death or unemployment. The foundation also aims to finance and provide contributions from the founder company and companies economically or financially closely related to it to tax-exempt personal pension institutions that they have joined or established themselves. To the extent that these contributions do not constitute separately disclosed contribution reserves, they shall be used on a paritarian basis, in accordance with the principle of equal treatment and on the basis of a corresponding pension plan, while maintaining the principle of equal treatment.
