Occupational pension provision for the employees of the employer company through the granting of support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment of themselves. In particular, support can be provided to AHV/IV pensioners who receive supplementary benefits; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, their minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly or entirely responsible for maintenance at the time of their death. To achieve its purpose, the foundation can conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is itself the policyholder and beneficiary.
