The occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company by granting support and benefits: to employees of both sexes in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment of themselves; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability of their spouse, their minor or incapacitated children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, where it is itself the policyholder and beneficiary.
