The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees of the company and Stahlton Bauteile AG, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability, and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by providing voluntary supplementary benefits in addition to the regulatory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability, and death; providing voluntary purchase benefits for the regulatory pension of employees; and providing benefits to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries. However, the employer's contributions can only be made from the foundation's funds if the employer has previously built up contribution reserves and these are separately disclosed (employer contribution reserves). Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability, or unemployment.
