Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company by providing support and benefits a) to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; b) to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they are responsible; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse, the divorced spouse and to persons for whom they were responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; and in the absence of such persons, to their legal heirs.
