Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company's purpose is to hold and manage real estate, as well as to develop, plan and implement projects in the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, and to provide other services related to these activities. As secondary purposes, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): acquire, exploit, manage and sell industrial property rights, intellectual property rights and know-how; engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprise in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
