The company's purpose is to carry out all operations and activities in the field of real estate to the extent permitted by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), including in particular the construction, purchase, sale, rental and promotion of real estate, real estate brokerage, property management, administration of condominium properties, management of renovation projects, holding of real estate or participations in real estate companies, as well as all other services related to the main purpose. The company may also: - carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; - participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them; take an interest, in any form, in all enterprises in Switzerland and abroad; - acquire all intellectual property rights and all kinds of licenses, manage and dispose of them; - establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; - grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, guarantee loans taken out by associates or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or other securities, as well as assume any other financial commitment.
