The foundation aims to enable the Roman Catholic Church to exercise pastoral care in the area of the ecclesiastically defined parish of Immensee and to enable the Roman Catholic residents of this parish area to fulfill their ecclesiastical-religious duties by making the parish church and ecclesiastical properties available and by facilitating them through the corresponding yields.
