The cooperative aims to manage and utilize the Alp Sous la Neuvevie in a professional manner; to provide summer and winter grazing and breeding of foals, as well as summer grazing of young cattle, to the extent permitted by the alp's productivity; to purchase and lease additional alpine pastures and operate them; to keep its own breeding horses as needed, which meet the official breeding goal.
