The company's purpose is to hold participations in other companies. It also aims to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, promotion, holding, development, management, administration, brokerage, management, renovation, and transformation of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are likely to develop its activities or relate to them directly or indirectly, receive products in the form of interest, commissions, and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar companies, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
