The company's purpose is the trade and repair of vehicles. The company may also, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may, in any form, participate in similar companies, in particular by acquiring an interest in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, either as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
