The company's purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE and activities regulated by FINMA, is: the holding, management, sale, exchange and administration of participations in any company; the purchase, sale, management, administration and brokerage of real estate; all advisory activities in the financial and economic field. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may also grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
