The Company's purpose is to trade in goods of all kinds and to provide services, in particular marketing services, in the region of India. To this end, the Company may, in Switzerland and abroad, when permitted by law: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies with an identical or related purpose, acquire or establish similar companies and, in general, carry out all operations that would be likely to achieve the Company's purpose directly or indirectly; as well as carry out treasury operations and financial transactions, including granting loans or guarantees to its affiliated companies or third parties, if this promotes the interests of the group to which it belongs. Operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded.
