The company's purpose is to construct buildings of all kinds as a general contractor, to develop building land, to finance buildings, to buy and sell as well as to develop and market properties in Switzerland and abroad. Excluded from this is the purchase of properties, which requires a permit in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad of December 16, 1983 (SR 211.412.41). The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell intellectual property rights. The company may also perform all legal acts and carry out commercial, financial and other activities that may be connected with the company's purpose, in particular, grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies.
