The company also carries out any activity of an architectural studio and in particular: consulting, planning, design, construction management, conclusion of general contracts, preparation of expert reports, research and studies in urban planning and architecture. It may also assume exclusive rights, concessions and representations from third parties within the scope of its purpose, as well as carry out the marketing, brokerage, holding and management of trademarks and patents, and the rental of equipment and vehicles.
