The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of participations in all forms in all companies in Switzerland or abroad, any activity in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase, sale and administration of real estate on behalf of the group, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE, RS 211.412.41), as well as the holding of trademarks and the management of the corresponding rights. It may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
