The company may establish subsidiaries and branches and invest in other companies. The company may acquire, hold, pledge, and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. The company may also engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financings to group companies, including their (direct and indirect) shareholders and the members of their respective group companies to which the company belongs, also within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide securities of any kind for their liabilities, also by pledging or trust transfer of the company's assets or by guarantees of any kind, whether remunerated or unremunerated.
