The company's purpose is: the operation of one or more physiotherapy centers and medical clinics; either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable and immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and to take an interest, in all its forms, in all enterprises, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The Company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans and/or any form of financing or guarantees and/or any form of securities to one or more partners, companies of the same group and/or third parties, for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the Company.
