To build and acquire a building where the parishioners of both Mezzovico and Vira parishes can gather for conferences, educational courses, honest and recreational entertainment, and religious events (excluding parish assemblies), as well as to gather children under the direction of competent and wise individuals in order to provide relief and assistance to families distracted by field and livestock work.
