The operation of café-restaurants, bars, as well as the purchase, sale and marketing of all beverages or products in direct or indirect relation to the main purpose. To this end, the company may carry out, directly or indirectly, all commercial and financial transactions, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate, directly or indirectly, in all enterprises related to its social purpose in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
