The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of participations, directly or indirectly, in any company or commercial, financial, movable or immovable enterprise, in particular in companies specialized in the production and distribution of films and audiovisual and digital content as well as the distribution or marketing of these productions on national and international markets, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
